U.S. cargo and passenger airlines gained 14,163 jobs in November 2024. Total airline industry employment increased to 1,035,476 workers. Passenger airlines workers: 543,877 Cargo airlines workers: 487,667 Full-time workers: 753,954 Part-time workers: 281,522 This is a 1.33% increase in the industry workforce since October 2024.
